What is Leap?
Leap is a mobile trading app published by Leap Platforms, LLC, "a Solana Labs Company". It was built by the Dialect team, the people behind Solana Actions and Blinks, after Dialect was acquired by Solana Labs. The app's general manager is Chris Osborn.
In one app you can trade tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities and metals such as gold, currencies (forex) and every Solana token, including memecoins, around the clock. The wallet is self-custodial, so Leap never holds your funds. Alongside trading, Leap shows daily curated news and a precise profit-and-loss view of your positions.
Under the hood Leap uses Jupiter for routing, Helius for infrastructure and Birdeye plus Tokens for market data.
How to get Leap early access (step by step)
- Open the Leap waitlistTap leap.xyz/r/U5XNY, or go to leap.xyz and choose the waitlist.
- Continue with GoogleLeap uses your Google account to create the waitlist entry. No wallet or crypto is needed at this point.
- Enter the invite code U5XNYWhen the form asks for a friend's invite code, type U5XNY. This links the 10% fee rebate to your account and makes you a Founders Club member.
- Wait for your TestFlight inviteLeap sends iPhone invites by email in waves, and also drops TestFlight links on X (@leapxyz). Install Apple's free TestFlight app in advance so you can accept straight away. Android is officially "coming soon" with no date yet.
- Install Leap and back up your walletAccept the invite in TestFlight, install Leap, then save your wallet backup somewhere safe. It is self-custodial, so nobody can restore it for you.
Tip: sharing your own invite code after sign-up moves you up the waitlist, so you may get your TestFlight wave sooner.
What the invite code gives you (and the Founders Club numbers)
Using U5XNY does two things for you. First, you get a 10% rebate on your own Leap fees for 6 months. Second, you become a Founders Club member, which is Leap's name for everyone on the waitlist, and you receive your own invite code to share.
Important context: Leap charges no platform fees at launch, so the rebate and all referral rewards only start paying once Leap introduces fees. Nobody has earned anything yet, and the fee rate has not been announced.
Founders Club members also get early access to new features and a priority channel for feedback. Full conditions are in Leap's referral terms.
How Leap's planned fee → SOL burn works
Leap has announced a plan for what happens once trading fees go live. It is forward-looking and can change, so treat it as a stated intention, not a guarantee:
In other words, a share of every Leap fee is meant to be used to buy SOL on the market and burn it, permanently removing it from supply, while another share pays the Founders Club referral rewards and the 10% user rebate. Until fees are switched on, no SOL is being burned through Leap.

Leap invite code FAQ
Is Leap safe and self-custodial?
Leap is self-custodial: you hold the keys to your wallet and Leap does not hold your funds. It is published by Leap Platforms, LLC, a Solana Labs company, and built by the former Dialect team. Self-custody also means you alone are responsible for backing up your wallet, and the app is currently in early-access beta, so bugs are possible. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
Does Leap charge fees?
At launch Leap charges no platform fees. You only pay the Solana network fee and the routing cost, which the app estimates upfront before each trade. Leap has said fees will be introduced later, but the fee rate has not been announced.
Is Leap available in the US or the UK?
Leap is not available in the UK and other restricted regions. Tokenized stocks and ETFs in Leap are third-party tokens, not the underlying securities, and they are not available to US persons. Check Leap's Terms of Use for your jurisdiction before signing up.
When does Leap come to Android?
Leap launched on 5 November 2026 as an iPhone early access via Apple's public TestFlight. Android is officially listed as "coming soon", with no date announced. You can still join the waitlist now with code U5XNY so your spot is reserved.
What is the Leap Founders Club?
The Founders Club is Leap's name for waitlist members. Each member gets their own invite code. Once Leap's fees go live, members are set to earn 30% of Leap's net fees on their referred friends' trades (dropping to 20% after 12 months) plus 5% on their friends' referrals' trades, paid in USDC with a $10 minimum payout, along with early access to new features and priority feedback. Referrals also move you up the waitlist.
What does the invite code U5XNY give me?
Entering U5XNY when you join the waitlist gives you a 10% rebate on your own Leap fees for 6 months once fees are introduced, and you become a Founders Club member with your own invite code to share. Because Leap currently charges no platform fees, the rebate only starts paying once fees go live.
Can I change or add the invite code later?
The invite code is asked for during the waitlist sign-up, right after you continue with Google. Leap has not published a way to add or change a code afterwards, so enter U5XNY at that step to make sure the rebate is linked to your account.
